Stockholm Concert Hall
The Stockholm Concert Hall is the main hall for orchestral music in Stockholm. Featuring a design by the renowned architect Ivar Tengbom and set in the neoclassical style it opened its doors in 1926 and has been a continual hit with Stockholm since. As well as being the home to the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra it also regularly hosts concerts and many exhibitions.
One interesting aspect of the Stockholm Concert Hall is that you can go on guided tours to understand the intricate workings behind the scenes as well.
Outside you’ll find a famous sculptor by Carl Milles' the 1936 bronze fountain, named The Orpheus Well which today is regarded as one of Stockholms best known landmarks.
