🏞 Parks in Stockholm: Haga Park

The park is a part of the Royal National City Parks, and can easily be found slightly north of Stockholm in the suburb of Solna. Haga park is one of Sweden's best examples of an “English” landscape park, as well as being one of the Stockholms most popular recreational areas, during the summer you’ll find hoards of people enjoying the late summer evenings with the smell of barbecue everywhere.

It’s where you’ll also find several historical buildings including The Chinese Pavilion, The Turkish Kiosk, and The Royal Burial Ground are all found in the park. Haga Palace within the park is the current residence of Crown Princess Victoria and her family.

And of course make sure to check out the fantastically ornate Haga parkmuseum known locally as the “Copper Tents” where you can also find wonderful The Butterfly House Haga Ocean.
